OKW has growing demand for its advanced touchscreen enclosures, which include wall-mounted smart panels, thin handheld Slim-Case, square planar control center PROTEC and multi-function interface-Terminal.
These four areas cover a wide range of applications, including Industrial Iot/iot, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Measurement and control, office, gateway, medical and laboratory technology, automation, data systems engineering and wireless communications.
These concealed housings can be mounted to standard flat-mounted cavity wall boxes. With no obvious fixing screws, they seamlessly blend into modern residential, commercial and industrial environments. And the new smart panels are equipped with edge touch screens for power installations, building services, smart homes and security systems.
The new Slim-Case (IP 54/65) can contain a touch screen up to 4 inches (10 cm), suitable for a variety of high mobility environment technology and safety engineering applications. Its contoured sides, beveled rear panel and optional soft touch middle ring make it comfortable to hold and operate. The almost frameless design accommodates low-key components and components in a compact space.
The PROTEC (ip65 optional) offers an ergonomic sloping front panel and is available in three sizes -- all of which can be customised to fit a touchscreen. All three versions have a recessed, enclosed or extended rear section for connections and cables. This modern home can be used as a desktop or wall mount to suit specific applications.
Modular interface-terminal (IP 54 optional) Supports the following configurations: mobile handheld devices; Sloped front desktop or wall-mounted units; Recessed fixtures fit walls or front panels for harmonious integration in visually sensitive locations, including historic buildings. Touch screen (6.4 ", 8.4 "or 10.4") can be specified with an accessory glass screen.
The housing is molded from UV-stabilized ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0) or ABS (UL 94 HB). They are all off-white (RAL 9002) as standard, except for the smart panel, which is traffic white (RAL 9016).
Accessories include glass panels for touch screens, IP seals, non-slip rubber feet and tapping screws for mounting PCBS and components.
