XC6121 XC6122 / XC6123 / XC6124 series is a set of voltage detector, high precision, low current consumption have watchdog function, combined with CMOS technology. The series consists of a reference voltage source, a delay circuit, a comparator and an output driver. With a built-in delay circuit, the series does not require any external components to output a signal with a release delay time. The output type is detected as low VDFL.
Typical application circuit
The EN/ENB pins control the turn on and off of the watchdog function. By setting the EN/ENB pin to low or high, the watchdog function can be turned off while the voltage detector remains active. Because the EN/ENB pins of the XC6122 and XC6124 series internally pull up to the VIN pin or down to the VSS pin, these series can be used with the EN/ENB pins remaining open when using the watchdog feature.
Using laser fine-tuning technology, the detection voltage is fixed internally from 1.6V to 5.0V, with an increment of 0.1V. There were six watchdog timeouts in the range of 50ms to 1.6s. There are five release delays in the range of 3.13ms to 400ms.
