Vishay Intertechnology, Inc announced that the Vitramon DC isolation capacitor is an advanced device in the industry with a public frequency band of 3 MHz to 18 GHz, providing an ideal choice for application designers. It is a new series of surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC) - DC isolation capacitors for DC isolation applications.
The new isolated capacitor covers HF, VHF, UHF, L, S, C, X and Ku frequency bands, and there is no resonance in the whole frequency band. The device is packaged with 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1210, with a working voltage of 25 V to 500 V and a working temperature of - 55 ° C to+125 ° C.
The device adopts reliable precious metal electrode (NME) technology, which is applicable to RF, Bluetooth, 5G, power line communication circuit, national defense radio, information entertainment system, optical fiber line, amplifier, microwave module and high-frequency data link. MLCC can isolate DC voltage in these applications, eliminating the need for higher cost broadband isolation, while effectively transmitting the required AC signals in the selected frequency band, with insertion loss less than 0.5 dB.
