Vishay's PHR series and TNPS series meet space requirements. The device benefits from extremely high reliability and proven thin-film technology. The PHR series of thin film surround resistors comply with ESCC4001 / 023 space grade ESA certification and offer a wide operating temperature range of -55C to + 155C. These parts are available in various housing sizes from 0402 to 2010, with ohms ranging from 10ohm to 3Mohm (depending on size), tolerances as low as 0.01%, and temperature coefficients as low as 5 ppm / C. After 2000h operation at 70 ° C under nominal power, the load life stability is 0.15% (typical value is 0.02%). This device is ideal for use in aerospace, avionics, and defense applications.
