TriQuint's TGF2965-SM GaN RF input matching transistor, 6W (P3dB) on SiC HEMT, 50ohm input matches discrete GaN ??, operating frequency is 0.03 to 3GHz. An integrated input matching network enables wideband gain and power performance. The output can be matched on the board to optimize power and efficiency in any area in the frequency band. Typical applications include radar, mobile and radio communications, test instruments, wideband and narrowband amplifiers and jammers.
