Toshiba launched a PI -MOS IX 600V plane MOSFET

The new series is suitable for SMPS, such as notebook computers, AC adapters, game consoles and lighting applications. Through optimized chip design, the peak EMI noise of PI-MOS IX series is lower than the peak EMI noise of current products (PI-MOS VII series), while maintaining high efficiency. The original PI-MOS IX series includes TK1K9A60F, TK1K2A60F, TK750A60F and TK650A60F, with RDS (ON) values ​​ranging from 90 ohms to 0.65 ohms. They have the same nominal avalanche current and DC current (ID), so existing MOSFETs can be easily and conveniently upgraded. The device uses a standard TO-220SIS package, which provides greater design freedom and makes MOSFET design easier. Toshiba will expand the PI-MOS IX series with more 600V devices and 500V and 650V variants.
