The XXC6705 series has a low current consumption of 1.2μA and a high ripple suppression of 50dB. The GO (Green Operation) function to realize this feature has been further developed from the traditional circuit to evolve from low-consumption operation to high-speed response continuous linear counterpart "Seamless GO", which corresponds to the change of load current and can achieve sufficient PSRR and transient response in the state of low power consumption. Seamless GO is used to match the low consumption of standby and high speed of communication required by industrial devices and various iot sensors. The input voltage ranges from 3.5 V to 20.0V. It supports DC12V/15V lines and two lithium batteries to power the microcontroller or communication module. In addition, the XC6705/XC6706 series products have an operating temperature range of up to +105°C, making them ideal for industrial equipment in high temperature environments.
The XC6705 series is equipped with ON/OFF capability through CE pin configuration. The XC6705 series is available in SOT-25 (2.8 x 2.9x h1.3mm) package or compact USP-4 (1.2 x 1.6x h0.6mm) package, which is widely used in industrial equipment. Provides installation and miniaturization options. The XC6706 series is available as a 3-pin voltage regulator in a universal SOT-89 (4.5 x 4.0x h1.6mm) package.
