OPA330 series CMOS operational amplifiers provide precise performance at a very competitive price. These devices are members of the zero drift amplifier family and use proprietary auto calibration techniques while providing a low offset voltage (up to 50 μ  v) And near zero drift with time and temperature, only 35 μ A (maximum) static current. In addition to the nearly flat 1/f noise, the OPA330 series also has rail to rail input and output characteristics, making this amplifier suitable for many applications and easier to design as a system.

Pin configuration et fonctions

These devices are optimized for low voltage operation, as low as 1.8 V (± 0.9 V) and as high as 5.5 V (± 2.75 V). OPA330 (single version) can be used in 5-pin DSBGA, 5-pin SC70, 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SOIC packages. OPA2330 (dual version) provides 3mm ×  3mm, 8-pin SON, 8-pin vsop and 8-pin SOIC package. OPA4330 provides standard 14 pin SOIC and 14 pin TSSOP packages, as well as space saving 14 pin VQFN packages. All versions specify an operating range of - 40 ° C to 125 ° C.
