The LP5900 is an LDO capable of providing 150 ma output current. Designed specifically to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the device features low noise, high PSRR, low static current and low line transient response diagrams.

Simplified Schematic

Designed specifically to meet the needs of sensitive RF and analog circuits, the LP5900 features low noise, high PSRR and low static current, as well as low line and load transient response diagrams. Using new and innovative design technology, the LP5900 provides best-in-class noise performance without the need for a separate noise filtering capacitor.

Functional Block Diagram

The LP5900 provides best-in-class device noise performance with no noise bypass capacitors. Using new and innovative design technology, the device is designed to operate with a 0.47μf input and output ceramic capacitor (no bypass capacitor required). The equipment has DSBGA (YZR) package and WSON package; The device is also available in an ultra-thin DSBGA (YPF) package.
