Skyworks Solutions - Versatile VVAs for repeater, wireless backhaul and wireless infrastructure applications (SKY1223x series)

Skyworks Solutions' SKY1223x series voltage-controlled variable attenuator (VVA) series is suitable for applications such as repeaters, wireless backhaul and wireless infrastructure. The four attenuators in the SKY12232-21, SKY12233-11, SKY12235-11 and SKY12236-11 series are optimized for low distortion and are located at the centers of 1.95, 2.60, 3.15 and 3.8GHz, respectively. The attenuator works at a working frequency of 1.45 to 5GHz, and the control voltage range is 0-5V. A typical insertion loss of approximately 1.5dB improves system efficiency, while attenuation greater than 25dB provides excellent receiver protection. All four attenuators are packaged as 4.9mm x 3.2mm x 1mm multi-chip modules.
