RECOM has introduced a new surface mount 3W isolated RSH series with a wide input range, extending the range of its DC/DC converters. The nominal inputs of this series are 12V (9-18V) and 24V (18-36V), which are suitable for battery or bus powered systems. The output is 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V,+/- 12V and+/- 15V. These modules have short-circuit and overcurrent protection functions, and can meet the input noise requirements of EN 55032 class A or B only with a simple external filter. The module has no minimum load requirements, and the on/off control is standard configuration.
The RSH3 series DC/DC converter of RECOM is an expanded product based on the successful RSH2 series. It is surface mounted and has a fully stabilized voltage, low noise and 3W isolated output. The nominal inputs of this series are 12V (9-18V) and 24V (18-36V), which are suitable for battery or bus powered systems. The output is 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V,+/- 12V and+/- 15V. RSH3 series can work without derating in the temperature range of - 40 ° C to more than 80 ° C, so it is very suitable for demanding industrial, testing and measurement, transportation and other applications. The isolation level of the module is 2kVDC/60s (3kVDC/60s is optional), with UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 certification and RoHS-3 standard. The RSH3 series uses a compact, lightweight DIP14 SMD enclosure that provides tubular or tape wrapped packaging. The module can adopt the industrial standard JEDEC for IR baking or gas phase reflow welding.
