Panasonic Electric Works' new PhotoMOS capacitively coupled MOSFET relay. The company said that the new ultra-small TSON package not only occupies a small area, but also has many technical advantages.
The ultra-miniature TSON package helps save space and high-density installation. The 3.5 mm2 installation area of the device is about 46% smaller than the previous product (SON type). Other features include low current consumption (input current: maximum 0.2mA) and high temperature performance (maximum 105C), voltage-driven type (3V to 5V), CC type input current is less than half of previous products, energy saving.
Typical applications include measurement equipment: IC testers, probe cards, board-level testers and other test equipment, telecommunications equipment, security / security systems, industrial and metrology.
