ON Semiconductor's NCP1x high-voltage switches will integrate a fixed-frequency current-mode controller and a 700V MOSFET.
These devices have a high degree of integration, including soft-start, frequency jitter, short-circuit protection, skip cycles, adjustable peak current set points, slope compensation, and dynamic self-powering (no auxiliary winding required). . They are available in PDIP-7, SOIC-10 or SOIC-16 packages.
Applications include auxiliary, backup isolated and non-isolated power supplies, white goods, smart meters, E-meters, power meter SMPS and wide Vin low-power industrial SMPS.
