ON Semiconductor ’s NTMFS6 single N-channel power MOSFET measures only 5mm x 6mm and is suitable for compact designs. Its low RDS (on) minimizes conduction losses, while low QG and capacitance minimize driver losses. The device is lead-free, halogen-free / brominated flame retardant, and RoHS compliant.
