Euroquartz has released a new range of miniature surface mount TCXOs, the new EM211T series offers frequencies from 10MHz to 60MHz with CMOS output in a tiny 2mm x 1.36mm x 0.7mm SMD package. Standard output frequencies are available at 12, 20, 24, 25, 26, 40, 50 and 60MHz. And provides ±2.5ppm frequency stability.

The tiny package makes these tcxo especially suitable for embedded systems. With LVCMOS output into a 15pF load, over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), the error is from ±2.5ppm to ±10ppm, frequency dependent. Typical SSB phase noise ranges between -85dBc/Hz and -154dBc/Hz at 25C for a 50MHz frequency output. And the new series of oscillators are suitable for a wide range of applications where high precision is critical.

Frequency stability specifications are within the first year of anti-aging ±1ppm maximum, ±0.3ppm maximum voltage change ±5% change, ±0.3ppm maximum load change ±10% change and ±1ppm maximum reflow (SMD type), 24% after one reflow hourly measurement.

These components come in a standard format six-pad 2mm x 1.36mm SMD ceramic package with a sealing metal lid. The supply voltage options are 1.8, 2.5 and 3.3V ±5%, with a maximum current consumption of 8mA at 3.3V.

At 25C±2C, the initial calibration tolerance is less than ±2ppm. Storage temperature: -55C ~ +125C. The maximum rise/fall time is 10ns, the duty cycle is 50%±5% as the standard, and the output enable/enable is the standard.
