Metcase now offers 8 new colors, making its paint series in stock all the time - this brings the total number to 37 colors, including anodizing, passivation, pre-treatment and anti-corrosion finishes. The company can provide its 19 inch enclosure and desktop/portable instrument enclosure in any specified RAL or Pantone color. However, if the color is selected from these always within the inventory range, there is no additional cost.
The new paint colors include purple blue (RAL 5000), cobalt blue (RAL 5013), pigeon blue (RAL 5014), yellow (Pantong 1235C), medium dark orange (Pantong 159C), orange yellow (Pantong 2027C), blue green (Pantong 2238C) and anthracite (Pantong 432C). Other custom services provided include custom sizing, CNC machining, custom front panel, fixing and insertion, and photo quality digital printing of graphics, legends, and logos.
With its extensive internal facilities, the team can provide any custom color or special finished shell and front panel. Usually, the minimum order quantity is 10-25 pieces, but this does not apply to colors that are often in stock. The finishes provided include tough powder polyester paint, anti chip wet paint, nickel loaded EMC shielding paint for plastic parts, anodizing, flawless polishing, iron boron NCP (conductive/anti-corrosion), zinc coated and transparent passivation paint for CR4 steel plate.
