Murata - New panel-mount digital thermometers cover -40C to +105C

 Murata Power Solutions has expanded its DMR20 series of round, miniature digital panel meters. The new DMR20-1-TMP-RC digital thermometer is designed to use NTC thermistors as sensing elements to monitor ambient air temperature in the range of -40C to + 105C. The meter is packaged in a round polycarbonate housing and can be easily installed in a 30.5mm "oil proof" panel. The DMR20-1-TMP-RC uses an easy-to-read LED display and precision components to achieve a typical accuracy of ± 1 ° C. Compared with analog meters, digital displays offer higher accuracy and higher resolution, are more rugged, and are more cost-effective depending on the application. The DMR20-1-TMP-RC can operate from a 24VAC or 6-50VDC power supply and covers a wide temperature range, making it suitable for use in many environments. Typical applications include heating and cooling equipment, refrigeration, recreational vehicles, industrial ovens and heaters, process monitoring, aging instruments, test and measurement, and weather monitoring.
