With the launch of the LQW21FT_0H series, Murata will continue to support the continuous engineering progress of the automotive industry. These are said to be the smallest inductors in the world with broadband impedance and are suitable for automotive PoC circuits based on the SerDes interface. This series complies with the AEC-Q200 standard and has both broadband impedance and high current performance. With its state-of-the-art technology in ceramic materials and coil construction, the company can provide these components in a space-saving size that other manufacturers cannot match. They are contained in a compact 0805 inch housing size, measuring 2mm x 1.2mm x 1.6mm.

This series of inductors is very suitable for PoC use cases. In addition to increasing the broadband impedance level, they also show excellent saturation characteristics. The inductance value can be specified from 0.47µH to 2µH, and the rated current is 1A and 0.45A respectively. The higher operating temperatures that these inductors can support make them ideal for automotive implementations (up to 125C).
