Intersil - Compact highly efficient, monolithic, synchronous step-down DC-DC converters (ISL78235AARZ-T7A)

The Intersil ISL7823x compact synchronous buck regulator is a high efficiency, monolithic, synchronous buck DC-DC converter. ISL78233 provides 3A, ISL78234 4A and ISL78235 5A, and has a continuous output current of 2.7-5.5V input power. The device uses a current-mode control architecture to achieve very low duty cycle operation at high frequencies. This enables fast transient response and excellent loop stability.
