The International Rectifier's µHVIC series provides a "tool kit" of ICs for common circuit components in switched-mode power supply (SMPS) electronics. This series provides engineers with simple and flexible ICs for easy design and innovation. The latest series of µHVIC devices includes IRSxx752L 100V, 200V and 600V single-channel high-end drivers. IRS25751L high-voltage start-up IC; IRS44273L single-channel low-side driver IC; IRS2505L PFC boost driver IC; and IR25750L current detection IC.
The IRSxx752L device is a high-end single-channel gate driver IC with 600V (IRS25752L), 200V (IRS20752L) or 100V (IRS10752L) blocking and level shifting functions. The IRSxx752L series has a wide VCC power supply range, UVLO protection, and excellent resistance to harsh dv / dt or –VS switching environments. The company said that the series utilizes the International Rectifier's fifth-generation HVIC process, enabling these functions and features to be implemented in a small 6-pin SOT-23 package.
