BH66F5350 built-in 24 bit A/D can measure various sensors with high accuracy, and the low temperature drift characteristics are suitable for industrial applications; It supports a variety of analog and digital output interfaces. The built-in 12 bit DAC can support absolute voltage and 4mA~20mA current output interfaces. The digital output interfaces include PWM and I ² C. SPI and UART.
System resources include 8K × 16 Flash ROM、512 × 8 RAM, additionally built-in 128 × 8 EEPROM can easily realize the function of automatic adjustment/calibration of products and simplify development and production. BH66F5350 provides 24 pin SSOP and 28 pin SSOP packages.
