Holtek has launched a new flash MCU BA45F6763 for semiconductor gas detection with integrated time and date recording function, which is applicable to semiconductor gas detection alarm that needs to record abnormal state or event time.
BA45F6763 has 16K × 16 Flash ROM、1024 × 8 RAM、1024 × 8 EEPROM, two sets of 10 bit PTM, 16 bit CTM, 16 bit STM and SPI/I ² C. Two groups of UART communication interfaces. The built-in 12 bit ADC can be used to measure the analog signal of the semiconductor gas detector, and has the perpetual calendar function that can be independently powered. With MCU IAP/EEPROM, it can be used to record the exact date and time of various abnormal states or alarm events.
BA45F6763 provides 28 pin SSOP and 48 pin LQFP packages for selection. Compared with the BA45F6753 launched previously, BA45F6763 increases the capacity of Flash ROM, RAM, EEPROM memory, complete communication interface and event recording functions. Its pins are fully compatible and can meet the application requirements of more diversified semiconductor gas detection products.
