The LT6654 is a small precision voltage reference family that provides high accuracy, low noise, low drift, low loss and low power consumption. Reference devices are packaged with 6-lead SOT-23 and 8-lead LS8. The LS8 is a 5mm x 5mm surface-mounted sealed package that provides excellent stability.
Pin arrangement
The LT6654 operates at up to 36V and is fully specified from -55°C to 125°C. Buffered output ensures ±10mA output drive with low output impedance and precise load regulation. These features make the LT6654 ideal for portable devices, industrial sensing and control, and automotive applications.
Block diagram
Using advanced manufacturing techniques and a curvature compensation design, the LT6654 provides a temperature drift of 10ppm/°C and an initial accuracy of 0.05%. Low thermal lag ensures high accuracy and 1.6ppmP-P noise minimizes measurement uncertainty. Since the LT6654 can also absorb current, it can be used as a low power negative voltage reference with the same accuracy as a positive reference.
