The ACPM-7881 is a high performance W-CDMA power amplifier module in a 4x4x1.1mm package. Designed around Avago Technologies' GaAs enhanced mode pHEMT process, it provides premium power increase efficiency and linearity in very small dimensions. The PA matches exactly 50 ohms on input and output.

The ACPM-7881 features a surface-mount RF package design that is highly cost and size competitive. The amplifier has excellent ACLR and efficiency performance with low static current (50mA) at single bias control voltage Vctrl = 2.0V and at maximum output voltage 28.5dBm. There is no need to adjust the voltage to set the bias, and the Vdd2 can be connected directly to the battery.
