     TDK CLT32 series power inductors have extremely compact dimensions and excellent electrical performance. The inductance range of this series inductor is 17nH to 440nH, and the saturation current is 13.5A to 60A. CLT32 series inductors cover a small area, only 3.2mm x 2.5mm, with insertion height of 2.5mm and temperature range of - 40 ° C to+165 ° C (including inductance temperature rise).

     These AEC-Q200 certified components are designed as solid copper coils and are coated with ferromagnetic plastic composites. The coil end is used as a terminal to significantly improve reliability, especially in automotive applications. Due to the use of solid copper coils, these products can achieve ultra-low RDC values and greatly reduce losses, that is, when the inductance value is 17nH, the rated resistance is 0.39m Ω.

        The compact and highly rugged CLT32 inductor is ideal for safety critical ADAS/AD applications in the automotive industry. In these applications, high-performance processors with rated current up to two digits are usually required, and PMIC (Power Management IC) is used as the power management to provide large current, while power inductor is used as the key component to stabilize the power output. TDK CLT32 series components are designed for switching frequencies up to 10 MHz, and meet the future requirements for high frequency DC/DC converters in advance.
