The RT9020 also uses low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of circuit board space required for power applications, which is critical in handheld wireless devices. Typical shutdown power consumption of the RT9020 is 0.7μA and startup time is less than 70μs(without CSS). Other features include ultra-low voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. Available in small packs of SOT-23-5 and SC-70-5.
