2. How does Heisener guarantee that HV3 is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

6. What is the process for return or replacement of HV3?

If there is something wrong with the HV3 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the HV3 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
